Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions for group bookings
-Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival no fee
-between 1 and 2 months before arrival 35% of the total costs
-between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival 60% of total costs
-between 2 weeks and 1 week before the start of the tour 85% of the total costs
-within 1 week before the start 100% of the total costs

Up to 10% of the reserved number of persons can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the event. Furthermore, our reservation conditions are according to the Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry. The management of the ISVW may, due to special circumstances, decide otherwise than as stated in these conditions.

Cancellations for individual room reservations can be made free of charge 24 hours before the day of arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 00.00 hours.
